1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Employ Nation ("the Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Employ Nation for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license you may not:

• Modify or copy the materials
• Use the materials for any commercial purpose or for any public display
• Attempt to decompile or reverse engineer any software contained on the Service
• Remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the materials
• Transfer the materials to another person or "mirror" the materials on any other server

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password.

4. Job Seeker Terms

As a job seeker, you agree to:

• Provide accurate and truthful information in your profile and applications
• Not misrepresent your qualifications, experience, or credentials
• Use the Service for legitimate job search purposes only
• Not create multiple accounts to circumvent application limits
• Respect the intellectual property rights of others

5. Employer Terms

As an employer, you agree to:

• Post only legitimate job opportunities
• Not discriminate based on race, religion, gender, age, or other protected characteristics
• Provide accurate information about job requirements and compensation
• Use candidate information only for recruitment purposes
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and regulations
• Not use the Service to collect resumes for purposes other than hiring

6. Subscription and Payments

Paid subscriptions to Employ Nation are subject to the following terms:

• Job Seeker Plans: ₹499, ₹999, and ₹1,999 per month
• Employer Plans: ₹999, ₹1,999, and ₹4,999 per month
• Payments are processed securely through our payment partners
• Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled
• Refunds are subject to our refund policy
• We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

7. Content Ownership

You retain all rights to the content you submit to Employ Nation. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display your content in connection with the Service.

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these terms or is otherwise objectionable.

8. Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs the Service and informs users of our data collection practices.

9. Prohibited Activities

You may not:

• Use the Service for any illegal purpose
• Post false, misleading, or fraudulent job listings or applications
• Harass, abuse, or harm other users
• Spam or send unsolicited communications
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service
• Interfere with or disrupt the Service
• Scrape or copy content without permission

10. Limitation of Liability

Employ Nation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the Service. We do not guarantee job placement or hiring outcomes.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. We will notify users of any material changes via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after such modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Mohali, Punjab.
